The first time you shop at Sportzor You will be created as a customer with a username and password of your choice.
Upon creation, name, address for delivery and a phone number are filled in.
The information is stored at SportzorSo you know about future purchases can use the same account and avoid filling in all the information again. The user account also has the smart feature that you can log in at any time and see invoices / status on orders you've placed.
* All private information and information received through the website or emails are stored securely and protected.

2nd Purchase of Goods.
Items at SportzorPurchased through the webshop or in the store. At the end of the order you will receive an order email / receipt indicating which products you have ordered and their price. This confirmation serves as a guarantee certificate / order receipt. It is recommended to save / print it as an additional security.
* For a minimum of 2 years, a copy of the customer's invoice / information will be stored at Sportzor- should this be demanded by the customer.
* Should there be any problems with stock, delivery or printing errors on the page, complications with the order may occur. Or the customer cancel the order - if payment has been made, this will of course be returned. Fortunately, this happens rarely.
* Sale items as well as products on offer or with a limited sales period are only sold as long as stock is available.
* As a general rule, products we sell are in new and unopened condition. Single trading cards are in the "Near Mint" condition unless otherwise specified in the name of the product. In special cases, products may be on sale as a result of being in a used or damaged condition.
* Images of products are for illustrative purposes only, and may not always be images of the actual product that you are purchasing. The images will often have been sent by manufacturers or suppliers, and can in some cases show multiple variations of the same product and/or accessories that are not included. If there is a discrepancy between the image and the name, or the image and the description, then please refer to the name/description of the product.
3rd Prices & VAT.
SportzorPrimarily refers to the Danish market, therefore all prices are quoted in Danish Kroner (DKK). All prices are including 25% VAT.
* If a product has two prices, among which one is struckthrough, it usually indicates that our selling price is lower than the suggested retail price provided by the manufacturer or distributor. By itself, this does not indicate that an item is on a specific or otherwise timed sale.
* If the name of an item contains the word *Sale*, then the item is on a sale - otherwise not. Most items on a sale are in stock - but there is a risk of stock errors, there is no guarantee that we can deliver larger quantities, and the price only lasts while stock lasts.
* We ship / sell abroad! You can view international shipping expenses by adding the desired products to your shopping cart and going to checkout - after inputting your shipping address, there should be several options along with their prices. (This also applies to Greenland.)
* Delivery costs and any fees are stated before purchase.
Payment for ordered goods can be done using bank transfer, credit card, EAN payment or PayPal.
We accept Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and many other types of credit cards.
If bank payment is selected, our account number will appear on the invoice. You can either transfer from your own account to ours, or visit a Danske Bank / Post house and deposit the amount directly. There is usually 1 daily processing time on bank transfers. Enter order number or transfer name so we can recognize it.
Sportzor is a part of Kelz0r.dk, and payments to us may appear as "Kelz0r.dk" when using MobilePay, PayPal, bank transfer or credit card.
5th Delivery & Shipping.
* We offer domestic shipping via PostNord or GLS.
* We offer Flex Delivery by PostNord to customers who want to leave their package in a particular location.
The order is governed by PostNord and is only possible by "Package with distribution" or free shipping to Danish addresses on purchases over 975, - DKK

As stated in PostNord's rules, all Flex deliveries are at the customer's responsibility!
* We strive to ship all orders within 1-10 days of receiving payment, most orders are delivered within 1-2 business days!
Orders may have longer delivery time, which may be due to the fact that we do not stock 100% of our product range, which makes our low prices and great selection possible!
We have a big stock concept on Sportzor So, though, we have no stock status and therefore can not guarantee that all products can be delivered. However, we rarely do not deliver!) That's why we can offer you the great prices and the wide range!

* Pickup of orders is possible at Hotel Krebshuset in Sorø or at our store in Holbæk.
* PostNord's and GLS's delivery times apply.
* At Sportzor you can choose whether your order should be shipped as a letter or package (or Business Package);
--- For package shipments, the shipment is insured up to 5,000 DKK at PostNord - recommended for larger purchases.
--- Letter shipments are not insured, however, it is very rare for a shipment not to arrive - recommended for smaller purchases.
--- (In the rare case of a letter being lost by the postal service, you can always try contacting us - the few times it has happened, we have always done our best to alleviate the situation.) (This is not mandatory but done as a service for the customer).
* Please contact us if an order is requested delivered faster or otherwise.
* Additional insurance on orders can be easily arranged, again we refer to PostNord's prices.
6th Right of Cancellation (Returned).
As a customer at Sportzor, you have a right to return products. This right is mandatory when shopping on the internet.
We have tried to make it as easy as possible to regret purchases. Should any doubts arise you can always contact us.
Do you want to cancel a purchase at Sportzor Just return the item within 14 days and very much with a description of the problem or reason for the return. Always remember to save receipt for shipping. If you need help or further information, please contact us.
* There is a 14 day cancellation right after you receive the item.
* If the 14th day falls on a public holiday, a Saturday, Constitution Day, 24th or 31st December, they expire 14 days on the following weekday.
* Return duty is valid only if the item is returned in the same condition and quantity as it was received. The sales value of the item must not be impaired and the product must be unused.
* Remember to pack the shipment securely upon return! Should any return be refunded, you will lose your right of withdrawal.
* As soon as we have received the goods, we will return the payment to the customer's bank account, excluding all shipping fees.
